1. What we collect
Depending on how you use Click4Menu, we may process: account emails and names; order details (items, fulfillment, amounts); customer contact info provided at checkout (name, phone, email, delivery address); payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); device/IP information for security and rate limiting; and optional SMS opt-in preferences.
2. How we use data
To operate ordering for restaurants, process payments, send order confirmations and optional SMS status updates, provide staff admin tools and analytics, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
3. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors needed to run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, hosting providers, email/SMS providers when configured, map geocoding providers when address lookup is enabled). Restaurants receive order and customer details necessary to fulfill orders.
4. Retention
Order and account records are retained as needed for operations, tax, and dispute handling, or as required by law. Request deletion via your restaurant or platform contact where applicable.
5. Your choices
End Users may decline SMS opt-in at checkout. Staff may update account details in admin. For access or deletion requests, contact the restaurant first for order data, or the Click4Menu agency for platform account data.
