Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Click4Menu (“we”, “us”) provides multi-tenant online ordering software for restaurants (“Customers”) and their diners (“End Users”).
2. Accounts & access
Restaurant staff accounts are for authorized personnel only. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
3. Orders & payments
Food payments are processed by Stripe (including Stripe Connect where configured). Click4Menu is not the merchant of record for restaurant food sales unless expressly stated. SaaS subscription fees for the platform are billed separately. Refunds for food orders are handled by the restaurant and/or Stripe per their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (fraud, scraping, spam SMS/email abuse, illegal content, or attempts to bypass security). We may remove content or terminate tenants that violate these terms.
5. SMS & communications
If End Users opt in to SMS status updates, message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported by the carrier/provider.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
